Campaign Manager - Campaigns

Adding And Removing Elements

The various components that make up a campaign are represented by Elements.

To add, insert or remove elements, either:

  • Open an existing campaign in Campaign View

OR

  • Create a new Campaign by clicking the New Campaign button in Campaign View.

Adding or inserting elements

  1. Click the blue , red or green plus button on the edge of the Element that you want to connect the new Element to. The plus sign is red when an event is false, or green when an event is true.
  2. In the dialog box that opens you can add single Elements or a combination Elements (under the Combos tab).
  3. For the last Element in the campaign flow, there is also the option to connect to elements in that are already in the campaign flow (under the Connect To tab). You might use this option if, for example, after an inbound event or a drop basket event, you want to loop back to the Audience or a Timer Element.
